The ENEOS Group is strengthening its efforts to ensure respect for human rights throughout its supply chain, in collaboration with its suppliers.
As part of this initiative, we have established human rights consultation contact points for suppliers, through which suppliers who have direct business relationships with our companies can report any human rights concerns related to our operations.
1. Target users
Suppliers that have direct business relationships with ENEOS Holdings, ENEOS, ENEOS Xplora, ENEOS Materials, ENEOS Power, or ENEOS Renewable Energy (excluding their group companies).
Note: In principle, we do not respond to inquiries from individuals other than those listed above; however, the information provided in such inquiries may be useful in helping us identify human rights risks in the ENEOS Group.
2. Types of consultation topics accepted
We accept inquiries regarding human rights issues involving officers or employees of ENEOS Holdings, ENEOS, ENEOS Xplora, ENEOS Materials, ENEOS Power, or ENEOS Renewable Energy (excluding their group companies).

Once we receive a consultation, we will not begin any investigation without first obtaining the user's consent, unless there are justifiable reasons to do otherwise.

We will keep the fact that a consultation took place and the details of the consultation confidential, and will use this information only for the purpose of investigation and taking appropriate action.

We will make every effort to ensure that those seeking consultation do not suffer any disadvantages simply because they sought consultation.

We do not restrict users from seeking solutions through other channels for issues they have raised through this consultation service.
5. Things to keep in mind when seeking consultation

Please note that all inquiries will be handled by staff from the external law firm to which we have outsourced this service. Furthermore, all future communications may also be conducted through this law firm. We kindly ask that you understand this point before contacting us.
